What is VIP Consigning?
- Standard Consignor makes a 70% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 45% of your sales. You will be charged a $20.00 VIP EXPRESS Supply fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front) in addition to the standard $18.00 Consignor fee.
- If you want to Consign your nice items, but don’t have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!
- A VIP Processor will take delivery of, prep, enter into data base, tag and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You’ll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.
- Your items will be priced at processor’s discretion.
- In order to be a VIP EXPRESS Consignor you must first be registered at: www.MyConsignmentSale.com/WeeEx
You Can Do Both!

You will be charged an additional $5 consignor fee for the 2nd account and standard consignor 65% will apply to all items you enter into the system under your 2nd email. You will need to deliver them to the Abba Shrine on March 9 or 10.
How Will I Be Paid?
The Consignor payment will be sent in accordance with your Payment Request Form.
How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?
Your passes will be emailed/texted to you or available for you at the door during Pre-Sale.
What About 1/2 price & Donations?
ALL items from VIP EXPRESS Consignors WILL be marked to go 25% off on Friday and 50% off on 1/2 day AND any unsold items WILL BE donated at the end of the sale.
What are Suitable Items to Consign?

Our VIP EXPRESS Processors receive a portion of their consignor’s sales. They want to sell as many of your items as possible and make you the most amount possible! That’s why it’s imperative that you only send your BEST HIGH QUALITY items to be consigned.
We only accept HIGH QUALITY items. We do not accept items that are stained, torn, extremely worn, or dirty. We do not accept recalled items. We do not accept items with missing buttons or broken zippers (please double check these!)
Only clothing, shoes, small baby gear items & toys are accepted. If you have larger items you will need to register for a new consignor number (different than the VIP EXPRESS consignor number and use a different email) on the Wee Exchange website. You will be charged an additional $5 consignor fee for the 2nd account. You will need to deliver them to the Abba Shrine on March 9 or 10.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP EXPRESS Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet Wee Exchange standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor/Tagger?
After you fill out the VIP EXPRESS FORM, if you are accepted as a VIP EXPRESS consignor, your processor/tagger will text you with directions about how to deliver items to her. You will take labeled boxed items to processor/tagger. Your Tagger Will Bring Your Items to the Sale
In order for our Processor’s to consign a large amount of items for you, we ask that all items are given to us in plastic containers permanently labeled with seller name and Consignor ID # (which can be picked up at Pre-Sale) or in labeled cardboard boxes that you do NOT want back. All containers must have lids or close properly to stack
HOW VIP EXPRESS CONSIGNING WORKS!
When you sign up to be a VIP Express consignor, you will be assigned to a VIP Processor/Tagger. This processor will hang, tag, store, and transport your items to the Event.
As a VIP Consignor, you will receive 45-50% (50% if you sign up and drop-off before Jan. 15) of your sales and a pass to SHOP EARLY during our Consignor Shopping Time at our Private Pre-Sale! You will be charged an $18 Consignor fee (taken out of your paycheck – you don’t pay it up front unless you sign up for discounted offers. Please inform us that you have done so.) and a $20 supply fee. Your items will be priced at processor’s discretion and marked to sell at 50% off on the final days of our Event. Remember, it is our goal to get you the most money possible.
You must consign at least 50 items in order to participate in the VIP program. If you are consigning onesies or other items that will need to be bundled to reach the $4 minimum price, those items together count as ONE. (Example: 3 onesies bundled together equals ONE entered item) Brands that will be bundled: Carter’s, Cat & Jack, Jumping Beans, Wonder Nation, etc.)
The only exception to this rule is if you are consigning boutique brands (Kickee Pants, Little Sleepies, Kate Quinn, Rylee + Cru, Posh Peanut, etc.) In this case, please check with your processor for approval.
If you have large items we cannot transport or find more items at a later time and decide to enter them into the database yourself, you MUST sign-up for a new consignor number with a different email. You cannot enter items under your VIP consignor number.
